Provence is a premium floral e-commerce brand developed in partnership with Galleria Farms and Costco, offering exclusive arrangements and curated gift sets for Costco members. I led the development of the brand’s visual identity, art direction, and designed refined packaging to convey elegance and deliver a memorable customer experience.
Provence lacked a defined visual identity and customer experience strategy. The challenge was to create a cohesive, premium brand that conveyed its mission of heartfelt gifting while resonating with Costco’s audience and preserving the charm of its floral offerings.
I developed a cohesive brand identity using soft tones and timeless typography, and directed photography to evoke warmth and simplicity. Packaging balanced elegance with function, ensuring a refined unboxing experience while protecting delicate florals. Every detail reinforced Provence’s mission to deliver beauty and joy.
Provence emerged with a strong, consistent brand identity that communicated its values and elevated its positioning in the floral e-commerce space. The new photography direction and packaging design helped create an emotional connection with customers, offering a premium and thoughtful experience from online order to doorstep delivery.
